CueUp Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CueUp handles information for account holders, organization members, and guests who submit song requests.

Information collected

CueUp stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, workspace and event data, roles, subscription identifiers and status, audit records, support notes, and song requests. Guest names are optional. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not CueUp.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, enforce subscriptions and roles, deliver account email, process support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the shared song catalog, and improve reliability.

Service providers

CueUp may share the minimum required information with hosting, database, email, monitoring, and payment providers acting on its behalf. Stripe processes billing under its own privacy terms. CueUp does not sell personal information.

Tenant and catalog boundaries

Workspace data is isolated from other customers through application authorization and database row-level security. The song catalog is global and platform-managed; customer request records remain event- and workspace-scoped.

Retention and security

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. CueUp uses encrypted transport, hashed credentials and tokens, access controls, audit logging, and restricted administrative operations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Account administrators can manage members and billing. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Children

CueUp is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not knowingly submit a child’s personal information through guest request fields.

Contact and updates

Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Material policy changes will be posted here or communicated to account holders. This policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
